Led Issues

Hey guys last night my dad's onyx led started to act up buy flashing on and off I'm not sure what's up the power supply green light is flashing quickly as well any ideas pls help

Unplug the power from the light and plug. The power supply into the wall. Does it still flash?

If it is still flashing, then the power supply is bad, try a replacement. If it is solid and starts flashing when you plug it into the light again, then it is the light. The Onyx are a solid integrated board, so there are no 'fixes' as there are no serviceable parts inside the unit other then replacing the optics.

Well got my dad testing it now if need to replace light what light should we go with all he has is lps

Lots to pick from. I would replace my Onyx with another if any of mine went.

Just be sure it is a switching power supply and match the Output and you should be okay.

If you take a photo of what the Plug looks like going into the light fixture...I can most likely match it

Unless the driver is in the power supply...never thought about that. But iirc, they told me it was on the board. Might want to check with RapidLED, their support is good
