Here's a pic of my Palmers Blue Milli. I got a frag from Darryl last year and it has grown into a nice large colony all ready. I will do a before and after shot just for fun.  :) It started out as a nice 2" or so frag and is now over 6" in height and diameter.

millies are some of my favourites, just because they have activity and movement to them.  I'll see if I can get some decent shots, but my nicest are the blue, sunset and fire and ice I have.  I have to assume I got them from Darryl, although I got some ones from Rick, but they were smaller and haven't really started to shine yet.

I think this is a milli (correct me if I'm wrong).

I startled it before I took the pic or all you see are the gold polyps...

The new growth at the top is purple/blue but in the shade at the bottom and on the rock, the new growth is bright green. Is that the normal pattern?  (It's my first one...)

Hmmm not sure what that is. Seems to have more growth tips then a Millie, more like a acro.

millepora is an acropora.  It's too hard to tell from that picture whether or not it's a millepora.

Wow, I don't have the photography skills of the new guy, so I won't even post a pic of my sunset milli  :)

Here's a couple though, the fire and ice (growing horizontal for no good reason) and a real surprise one, it was a 'browned out' tiny frag I got from Rick that I really didn't think would make it... it ended up being a neat ice blue that encrusted in a big ball before branching out.  I like it because it's a real underdog...

After looking at Darryl's impressive and varied collection tonight, I'll say no to a Milli...found a pic online that was a perfect match that they called A. Hyacinthus but other images of Hyacinthus looked completely different...
