Live foods

Ok so my question is does anyone feed live foods? If so what kind. I keep reading my copperband would love clams or oyster? Or something like that. It's carniverous, so what kind of live food can I feed? I have a wrasse and the cb that are carnivores. Everyone else eats flake and brine. Want to start with new diet for my fish... Here are my fish:

Corris wrasse, agile chromis, 4 green chromis, ocelaris clown, blue devil damsel, yellow tang, coral beauty, copperband butterfly

I just bought some tiger pods and dump the whole thing into my 10 gallon tank i dont see any running around but 2000-4000 I put in there bound to be survivors.

i use salad shrimp (really small) and freeze em b4 feeding. cut em up for smaller fish
