Mexican Turbos

I bought some Mexican Turbos from Big Als in London on the weekend and I can't believe what these four have done, I had Diathom all over the rocks and they have cleaned my tank like never before, I'm sure I've had them before but not like this, Only difference is that I bought some Nerites as well. I am very happy with them. Is there anyway you can make sure they are Mexicans rather than other Turbos?

Anything about colour, These guys have red legs, and they are big.

Yeah the ones from big als are awesome!!! I bought six to cleanup my new tank after the cycle and they made short work of all the diatoms, green hair algae and even whatever built up on the glass. I gave four away as I was worried they would just starve. 5 months later and my two little guys are still chomping away and there is no hair algae anywhere in my tank now.

+1 my frags were not safe until glued down. They even knocked over a massive lobo that I have.

I just a 20$ sunset Millie frag and they knocked it down a tiny whole in my rock work . Can't get the thing else I rip the whole tank apart

Despite they are knocking things down, they are great algae eaters. And they can get back on their foot (or legs, by case) after fall downs. Aren't they less susceptible for hermit crab attacks?
