My Nano Project

Hi!

I'm Eric and from Ottawa.
This project has been sitting in my basement for the past 5years. The joys of home ownership

Prior to this project I used to own a 75gl none sumped.

Both tanks have Coast to Coast overflows and running Durso standpipes... They are both plumbed to a 40gl sump.

I'm running an GHL profilux and Aqua Illumination Sol blue.

Picked up a Vertex Omega 150 for skimming.

I'll update this post as I go!

Thanks! ... I had to get acrylic cut... tried to cut combs out of the glass but didn't work.

Hopefully they will see water this weekend

So here's an update, I finished the plumbing this weekend and did some aquascaping.

Tonight i'm building a custom mount for my AI LEDS.

Then i'm going to fill the system

Nice! I like your unusual rock formations. Should look good once you get it up and running. The sump area looks very nice and neat.

my smaller nano was leaking on the external overflow, while trying to repair damaged the bottom pane of glass.

Had a custom one made that fits the opening better 16x16x13.

Water is in the system... now the waiting game.

Time for an update

I have two young kids and they love #nemo... so it was fitting that my first fish would be clowns.

They are tank breed fish.....#sustainable

The seems to be doing well....Going to wait a month of so before I ad anything else.

Can't wait to get Corals.

Also i'm going to be getting a GHL dosing pump to maintain water parameters constant.
