New Lights

So I decided I might as well attempt a DIY, Here is my plan so far of things to order:
From RapidLed
Drilled/tapped 6" x 10" Black Anodized Aluminum Heat Sink
Solderless LEDs: 11RB, 5 Cool White, 1 Red, 1 Green, 2 Neutral white, 2 Cyan, 2 UV.
Mean Well SE-350-48 power supply
......
Can I use Berquist Thermal Pad instead of thermal grease?

Plan is to get a storm controller from coralux.

I have no idea which LDD drivers to pick; rapid led sells Mean Well LDD-1000H driver, or a Mean Well LDD-700H driver.
I'm thinking of doing 3 strands for the lights.

Any other suggestions???

I really like the razor's but I purchased an Evergrow (Chinese LED) and I love it. I don't plan on using anything else

Well I got tank up and light put on so far so good easy yo use no heat
