My lights are in Canda, ya:
UPS has been sending me updates and they are going to be delivered by "end of business" today.
I will post pictures after everyone in the tank has acclimated,

Re: new t5 quad w/moonlights..acclimating corals

My new light is somewhere between London and Woodstock.
now the Does anyone have any suggestions on acclimating the corals to the new light?
With what I've been using they will be shell shocked with the new light and I don't want to burn them, if that's possible.

Move the corals to the bottom of the tank and start with a minimal day light time (say 2-3 hrs at 50% of planned max) gradually bring the intensity to its planned max over several days. After this gradually bring the corals up from the bottom of the tank again over several days.

If you notice things closing up, bleaching, or polyps retreating its typically a sign that they are getting too much light too soon.

Best of luck to you.

I agree with reef geek, but I don't think you need to move the corals.
Just gradually increase the light from a few hours a day up to your total- 8 hrs or so would be ideasl
