Now This Is Customer Service Or A Great Company

I purchased a used AquaticLife T5HO Programmable Quad light fixture, being used there was no manual to programme it and having issues with my computer where I can't view video's I was stuck...
So, I contacted the company yesterday and this morning I received an email from them explaining that they had sent me the download for the manual and that if I sent them my address they would send me a hard copy of the manual...
It is refreshing for a company to go above and beyond, they didn't have to do this, maybe there are others out there that will follow suit and implement good/great customer service..

Aquatic life is always good. I got new feet for mine and it was over the warranty timeframe and they send new feet plus extras free cuz I had a USA mailbox already

there is a place in new York that offers that service and apparently you only pay when you receive something, letters/parcels.. I am sure that there is something similar in sarnia/port huron,, that would be a lot closer..then you have to smuggle it across the boarder...

What do you mean smuggle... take it out of the box, rub some dust on it, throw it in a old salt pail with some old filter socks (that stink), and some cleaning tools. Then if they ask, you say "That old s#!t... I forgot to take that out before I went over..."
