Purple Knobby Gorgonian

Hi any one have any experience with the purple knobby gorgonian. I know it's photosynthetic but curious of others experience. .. water quality etc. I've ordered one and just looking for opinions. Thanks all.

Not yet, but it is on my 'to buy' list. I have Golden Plume Eco-Gorg and another purple one that I do not know the name of. I leave mine low in the tank with decent flow. I have had them for over a year each. I feed my tank Reef Chili from beanbagfrags and hoping to pick up some Reef Roids and give that a go as well as they are filter feeders.

I have this, it's very easy to care for, had mine for about a month or so now and has started to grow new branching, same a torx lower in the tank with medium flow, seems to be doing good

Thanks guys for the info . I believe though according to canada coral where I've ordered it from that the purple knobby gorgonian is photosynthetic and needs high light and doesnt need to be fed.
