Red Sea Star

In my 75 gallon tank i have a sand sifting sea star two aneomes and corals. Will a red sea star bother any of these?

You should be fine with a red sea star

He star will be fine. Just make sure your tank is atleast a year old to have lots of stuff for it to eat
