For a mixed reef or softies and LPS is Reef-Roids the right choice? If not, what should I be using to promote growth and hardiness?

I direct feed some of my LPS coral mysis shrimp, they don't really hold onto the 'roids too well.  I have tried to direct-feed roids to some corals, and they react badly to it,encapsulating it and rejecting it in slime streams.  I just assume some of the filter feeders grab the roids at their own pace (although I suspect my skimmer feeds on the roids the most).

Mark your water changes on the calendar, make sure you do an auto top off to keep salinity levels static, dose your calcium, alk and mag, change your bulbs  and you should be good.
