what are you guys using ?

And feel free to add some pros and cons :)

Atm I’ve been using vertex Refractometer and it’s been good so far , but dropped it and kinda messed it up. So looking to hear what all you guys recommend

The best thing you can do is buy any half decent one. Use the savings of buying an expensive brand name and pick a $5 bottle of calibration fluid (which you should have anyways) and you have rock solid accuracy single every time.

If you pick up a new unit look to see what it says in the instructions as to how to Calibrate. Red Sea unit only uses Deionized water for calibrating and a few others.
