Need imput. I don't have the option of installing a RO/DI unit, I can buy the water locally but how do it heat it before adding it to the tank/sump. I was thinking that maybe if I bought extra heaters and put in the neck of the bottle would that work. Has anyone tried anything like that before..
I'm sure that there are other people out there that have the same issue..

Room temperature add is all I do. I make my rodi about. Week prior to water change, add salt and when I get a round to it I change water.

why instal one?get one that connects to you faucet then put it away after use,dirctly into your sump and room temp is perfect

I've got one you could buy has the faucet adaptor not really sure what they are worth but would prob save you some money rather than buying water and I usually just throw As heater in 6 hours before to get it a it warmer

Get a ato, a bucket and a heater..no more dumping water in the tank or sump, and itll keep your salinity stable, which is really important if we are talkin about your coral tank.
