Wow guys all I can say is Expedite Shipping just won me over. I ordered yesterday at 1 pm an RO membrane,  DI refill and 2 slim 4 liter storage tanks so I can get off my lazy a$$ and hook up my Libra doser..  Wife called me today at 11 am and said a big box just arrived for you at the house.. Wowzers..  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I usually as a rule buy from a USA supplier online but shipping cost was double and this site seemed a buck or two cheaper so I thought I would give them a try.  Bookmarked their site that's for sure.

I don't know how the rules go around here so I wont mention the Supplier unless I get an ok to.

Cheers !

Rules? Hey now, hold up, slow down...

You may notice the lack of rules. We do step in on occasions, and please no NSFW stuff as that is a whole legal disclaimer that we do not want to deal with, but for the most part, post away.

Just want to say my experience with reefsupplies.ca, I ordered sand from them, and they sent me crushed coral; so I emailed them and then they called me back right away and the guy said it wasn't possible that one of his guys sent out the wrong thing, so to prove to him I had to take a picture of it for him to believe me. Than he was like; yup thats crushed coral. So I have to say do you want it back and send me the sand instead, he's like okay you have to pay return shipping (which would not be worth it for the 15lb bag). So in the end I sold the bag of crushed coral and bought a bag of sand at a discount.

Shipping was super fast both times though.
Personally I myself will never get anything from them again after their customer service issues with the owner.

I recently ordered 2Part from them, I had ordered enough to make 5 gallons but they said they didn't have enough to send me so they sent enough for 2x1GL pouches, They waived the shipping charges and said they would send it Expedited but I won't get it til Wednesday. On another note at xmas I was gonna place a large order through BRS. I sent a few emails to ask questions and never heard back from them.

I ended up getting everything I wanted at the same price from Advanced Reef Aquatics in Milton and didn't have to pay shipping, And if I have any problems it's all warranteed through them.

Go Reef and Reef Supplies are owned and operated by the same person.

I order an mp40 from them, after a month the wet side went screwed. They didn't even ask any questions when I emailed them about it and sent a replacement wet side the next day. They also didn't want the old one back. Reef supplies is always my go to.

THey really should have either sent you the sand for free for refunded you the cost of the crushed coral and paid to have it shipped back (or tell you to keep it).  In the end the customer should never to out of pocket anything for a mistake that wasnt theirs.

I take that back :(

I made the same order through ReefSupplies.ca that I just made on Bulkreefsupply.com. My BRS order was only 180$ with shipping and fees and RS order was $216 but shipping was free. I will be sure to keep an eye out on the RS site and might use them if I can not wait, but for now, I will still doing my ordering with BRS for now.

+1. Mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them.

"Oh we made a mistake? Ok pay some more money so we can get our stuff back and we will give you the stuff you already paid for."

Gotta love that logic  :(
