came home today to find that 3" breeding female oc clown is gone. My male is completely lost. I have looked all through the tank and can't find a trace of her. So now I am stuck at a cross roads.
Option 1. Do I try and replace her. Will he repair with another female?
Option 2. Try and get him out and replace them with a pair of designer clowns.

Is it even possible for a cc to dissolve a 3" fish in less then 24hrs?

Definitely impossible for CUC to dispose of a fish that large in that time frame

She has never left her nem. Unless to eat out of hand. I run a screen on my drain pipes but I did look in the sump and nothing.
@SamB that is what I was thinking but I can't find hide nor hair of her.

Checked sump again and found her buried in my fuge. All wrapped in my cheato. I can't figure out how she got in there but there is a really good Broze on her side. Almost looks like she has internal bleeding. I hope she will be ok.

If she's weak, you may want to house her in a breeder box or similar type of set up so that she has time to rest and recover
