hey team

whats this i hear about fuel???? I dose cal , alk ,mag .... and i also feed my corals ... both reef rods and also ouster food ... Is fuel really good for corals ... please help

I use the Fuel once a week and just started using Reef Roids today ( once per week as well). A friend of mine uses both and has good success with them. I'll know better in a couple of weeks if its helping my corals grow faster. I have a 75 G and use two inner capfuls of the fuel and about a half teaspoon of the Roids mixed in some tank water. I turn the pumps and skimmer off when I put
them in for about 10 minutes .

Works great just be careful with the dose. You can green out your tank in aglea really quick.

I started half of what they recommend. They say 1 inner cap per 30 gallons I believe so for you I'd start with 1.5 inner caps and go up from there

I would be careful with this stuff. Keep in mind if the corals like it so does the algae. This stuff can cause bad algae blooms very quickly so you need to make sure you don't overdose.

I use 1/2 the recommended about once a week if I remember. I figure the stuff in it for trace elements at least some is better then none.

hmmmmm, I have been fighting algae like crazy in my 30G, can't for the life of me figure out where all the nutrients are coming from.
Now I know.
Fuel, 1 capful (7ml), a few times per week.
7ml seemed so harmless

Yeah..I made the same mistake...and now only once per week....the algae was showing up on the glass as fast as I could clean it off....I also got some extra snails to keep it in check..seems to be ok now

I use it once a week, I was told by the nice lady at Canadian corals that's what they use in their tank. So if it's good enough for them then....

i have used the whole aqua vitro lineup for 2 years now its great stuff just use a half dose for the first few months once your system re-stabilizes you can use the full dose... it basically gives the coral a boost to how fast they process their food think of it like high metabolism for corals
