Skimmer Setup

to all yu ppl that run DC pump skimmers is it better to run the pump high and adjust the valve to the right level of skimage or run the pump slow but more valve ? i am running a reef octpus diablo with a dc pump

I have read on the RC forums about recommendations for the "newer" DC pumps for the BK skimmers, The support on the forums say to dial down the pump to optimize performance

Imo, better to play with both. Maximize the airflow to water flow. Bubbles!!!
