Some Type Of Algae? Coralline? It's Beautiful

Does anyone know what this is? it's been growing on this small piece of liverock VERY slowly... doesn't seem to have any "depth", it looks paper thin. it has a striking pattern in it, beautiful deep red colour...

Any ideas? this is the best pic I have so far

That looks like a mini maxi anemone to me. I have one just like it. But I paid $45 for mine.....

its paper thin, there's no foot or anything, its encrusting/spreading like a mat... I need to get a better pic

Mini maxis hug the rock, really thin. And mine has moved a bit to find it's sweet spot. The pattern on your picture is exactly what they have. Google it and I think you'll be excited to see that's what it is. I love them! And I'm jealous!
