Ok its been a couple months since i set up the reef tank and did a stray-volt test.
it tested 38 volts, i DID NOT add a grounding probe, as i did not want to create electrical flow from the shotty devices through my tank to the ground plug.
Coral is noticably growing every day, fish are fine. havnt got shocked once.
just thought i put this out there cuz i know theres lots of ideas about voltage in the tank.
oh ya my buddy is an electrician and says that if he knew any better, id be better off NOT grounding the tank but grounding the lights and all major electronics. GFI protected
