Not sure I am following this Kyle. Your vertex comes with a pump. Did it not come with some sort of shut off for it? I had to add what you have listed because my setup did not come with a pump to begin with from BRS.
Vertex unit comes with a booster pump.
Pump is controlled by a pressure switch. No pressure, pump turns on, once pressure in the pressure tank builds high enough it turns the booster pump off.

Something like this should work. You'll need to wire it in yourself not a plug and play.

Yep! Thats what I need. I assume that its just a low voltage that triggers the pump on and off through the micro computer setup on the system.
I may be able to fix mine but don't want to open it up without knowing where to get a replacement if needed.
If I wiggle the wire (barely) it will set off (and on) the full resevoir light.

Thanks for the assistance. I will get this thing sorted out and start making water
