So I fell inlove with these guys as a juvi and adult they are my fav fish by far ! Only thing is if I have 1, I'd want 2 lol. Would this work ? it would be a FOWLR and I hope to find a lot of big chuncks of rock with crushed coral as a sand base ?

ive tried to keep them and couldnt,, lost 3 .. they need a sand bed to bury and sleep in...
Oh okay , how do you think you lost them? Picky eaters ?

Wrasses are some of my favorite fish. You will need a sand bed and a lid as they do jump. I would put them in a reef, they will leave most invertebrates alone as long as they are feed well, and they never touch coral, except sand bed corals get turned upside down. There is a reason that they are called rock flippers.... They will turn over every rock that they can move, looking for food, its just instinct and can't be stopped. Best part is they eat bristle worms.

1 wouldnt eat and the other 2 just disappeared and i never saw them again...
