Tiny Creepy Crawly

Anyone know what this tiny bug might be? I've counted 10 or so of these little critters speeding around my rocks and corals - just wondering if they're a problem pest or not? Sorry for the horrible picture!

looks like a copod look up pic on google see if a copod matches up if it is they are a good thing

copepods look more like a tiny tadpole the amphipods get alot bigger and are the ones you see curled up if bearing eggs. copapods just swim around normally near bottom if tisbe but others swim everywhere
