Took Me 7 Months To Buy My 2nd Kessil

For 7 months I delt with half my tank lit because I bought my 1st kessil for a 20 gallon then a month later upgraded and needed 2 lights so all my coral and frags were on 1 side for ever lol .. I hated it!

Old 20 gallon tank (lasted 9months)

Tank now (40gallon)

I fully understand. I have one on a 75 but I also have strip lights to full cover but still not as nice.

Did you by chance get the controller yet?

Hey Luke, I started back into reef keeping about 3 years ago.
I did a lot of research and Kessil was best for my needs. I liked the look, the power, the effects and the support. Great company ! Very innovative and progressive!
I started with A350 (2 on my 60 gallon) and A150 (nano) but about a year ago I upgraded to A360Ws and A160W.
2 are definitely needed on tanks longer than 30 inches because of shadowing
I am very pleased with Kessil and while they are a high cost item, you buy them once and you're done !

Interesting to note that Coral Reef shop in Burlington dumped their old lights for Kessils too !

Yes that's why I bought them i seen it there for the 1st time back in July 2015 awesome product ( I wish I had 360's just because) to much I feel like the 160s were enough ..
I was the type of person who walked into the store going to get a wee 20 gallon tops fresh water and spend no more then150$ for tank , filter , heater etc and fish . Lol Now I raised my visa 2 times ...
