Mysis is fine, its brine you're thinking of that has no nutrition.

I agree, Brine has no nutrition whatsoever and needs to be enriched when live but Mysis definitely has lots of nutrition - Just remember Heath, it is the only food my seahorses eat and they are thriving. If there wasn't enough nutrition, they wouldn't survive.

Just to let everyone know 6 days later and my copperband is eating mysis like crazy ! Im very happy !
