I need to do a water change on my 75g mixed tank and I am having a hard time getting reef crystals, could I do a small water change (10-15g) using IO salt.. or will it kill y corals, they are zoaès, softies...

You should be perfectly fine for one WC. But you'll probably need to adjust Alk, ca and mag on the regular IO salt as the reef crystals will be more suitable for a reef with closer numbers for the alk, ca and mag.

Just mix the batch up. Test the freshly made batch and adjust if needed prior to adding to your reef.
