Ebay Rgb Led Floodlights

I ordered 3, 30w, rgb led floodlights off ebay for my cichlid tank. Cost about $100 for all of them.

Wire them up, set them on blue, looks great. Problem is, i have them on a timer, and every morning there's a rave in my tank! Pretend i know nothing about electronics, as that's essentially true. Is there a way i can stop them from starting up in "rave mode"?

Ok, thanks for nothing everyone Think i may just replace ballast and chip. If anyone wants to buy one as is for $30, let me know. I have 3 30w. Would make great sump/fuge/algae scrubber light.

If I recall correctly the black housing ones remember their last setting on powering down / on again.
