I've been trying to catch mine for the past 2 weeks with a DIY bottle trap. It doesn't want to go in...

Well, I had a psycho 6 line years ago and nothing worked..... until I found out a Japanese hobby of “micro fishing”. It uses that smallest of hooks and that’s how I ended up getting mine out. Pinch the barb with small scissors or pliers and bait the hook. It takes patience and practice but you can get brine shrimp or mysis on it. Also, head to your tackle shop and get the smallest weights they sell (usually for trout fishing). They do come in steel and not lead if that’s a concern. I MAY have one somewhere if I could find it. It works but not for the faint of heart. But it’s not gonna kill it
