aiptasia or hydroids

Been awhile, just picked up a mature tank with a few corals and fish in it. lots of either aiptasia or hydroids in there though, not sure which one they are. Some of them are the size of a loonie. Also not sure if I should leave them or try to remove them, or how to remove them? When I touch them they do disappear right into the rock.

Aiptasia.... I would find something that wi eat them like nudis. Or take the rock out. They look pretty big not sure anything would eat them.

smothering them in kalk paste with a syringe seems to work.....

Hit or miss, I've done hot water, joes juice, aptasia x, and kalkwasser paste not one worked.
