Algae problem

I am leery of asking this but here goes. What is this algae and how do I get rid of it? Please do not ask all kinds of chemistry questions because to be honest I do not test often. Everything is doing great, even the paly's growing on the same plug as the algae. Tank is a 65, 15 gallon water change weekly using RO/DI and Salinity. Temp is 78*, lots of water movement and the shelf is about 8 inches below water. Lighting is a 160 watt LED at about 50% strength. I have bought snails, a tang, and an algae blenny to no avail. I pull it off and it comes back but only on the two frags that have it on them.

I think it's caulerpa.  Lots of people try to keep some as a macro in sump.  My tangs feast on it whenever I get any in my tank.

I think it is that. Not good and hard as nails to kill. Thanks.
