Yes, The gentleman at customer service on the phone told me it is door service but what they do is farm out the deliveries to independant courier services.....  Maybe the guy is still driving around looking for my house.....      >

They don't deliver to your house, so it may be just sitting at depot. I have had livestock shipped via greyhound before, no problems...until the last time, boxes handed to wrong company in Toronto on the transfer which ended up being a door to door delivery company out of Toronto who claimed they drove all the way here for the one box, box was 3 days late with frozen fish

Greyhound offered to refund the shipping, but told me I was SOL about the livestock. I just told them they won't be used again.

IME, it should be up to the person who sold you the product, you didn't ask for greyhound...this is just what they used. He may not actually know where it is. I would just get him to contact greyhound.

So waiting patiently all day yesterday for a call or email to update me where my package may be sitting..... nothing. So I shoot the seller an email at 4:30 pm yesterday to update him what I know and ask if he has any input or update...  no reply....

So I call G H customer service again this morning and this time get a lady who stumbles on her words and has no info or update.

She gives me a number to call for a Richmond Hill depot in hopes it may be there....

Get this !  I call and a gentleman answers the call and I explain briefly the situation, asking him if my package may be sitting there... He says how big is your package?  wtf  how am I suppose to know  2 WP10s in a box maybe 12" wide by 24" long..... No he says nothing here for you.  Then  He f@#king laughs sayings I guess you have to keep looking......  I am a gentle,nice large 300 lb construction guy and rarely get excited ....but laugh at me and we got a problem. I told this guy that the company he works for sucks and if he laughs at me again I will come to his f#@king depot and rip his throat out of his neck and shove it up his a$$... 

Rant over........

Still no package.

Yeah guys, I usually don't say much of anything about anyone but this one is a kick in the face....

I know forums are a good way sometimes to inform others in how their experiences went so they can be cautioned....
So far this seller has pretty much won't be seeing my $$ again.. Too bad really like to keep it on Canada....

I was contacted Tuesday by seller and was told blah blah it was sent somewhere else and now everything is fixed and it will be delvivered to you Wed. morning.....  hmm which Wednesday I wonder...  Still nothing. I emailed him a few minutes ago to tell him its still a no show.

Checked GHE and it says on Tuesday at 3 pm it was loaded in truck in Scarborough....  <------  lol  and sent to Toronto arriving that night at 7:45 pm.

Maybe today..........

Thanks guys for letting me vent a bit here....  Guy showed up at 4:45 pm today with my package. I asked politely if he knew what was the big mess up... He just shrugged his shoulders and said I am just hired to delivery buddy not my problem......

Thank god for blood pressure pills sometimes..  lmao
