Is it good or bad
Kill them before they lay eggs.

In all seriousness aiptasia isnt too bad. Bit unsightly and they do sting corals, but they can be manageable with biological (Predators, ie peppermint shrimp) or chemical with Aiptasia X.

i would pull the rock and torch them since it's new to you, then go the x route with whatever grows back, or superglue over them.

Id go with peppermint shrimp. Worked really well for me, no need to kill the rock to kill the aiptasia. And they are good clean up crew when aiptasia are gone

Peppermint shrimp took care of it for me. I only seen a couple of them but now see none and haven't for a while now.I have 2 peppermint in my 75g and they are a great part of my cleanup crew. Both of them have different personalities as well. One comes right out at feeding time but the other hides until I back away from the tank.

I have 2 peppermint and 2 blood. They pretty much stay in pairs and have never seen them bother each other. Peppermint are very shy and you might only see them when your lights are either going dim or off completely. I don't think it would be too many in your 90. If you decide to get a couple, make sure they are true peppermints as there are some out there that will not eat Aipstasia.

I doubt it would kill it. They spread like crazy and usually have to worry more about other corals.
