I have 2 units.....  Perfect consistent performance from both!  Have had for many years.  Would recommend them all day long...

It comes with granular carbon, and coconut carbon which are not very good.  The quality of these filters are not very good (including sediment and RO membrane).  Also it comes with with these little horizontal DI housing that sucks.  And the handheld tds meter is a pain compared to an inline. 

I started with an aquasafe system and my canisters are still from aquasafe (minus the DI which I wouldnt use aquasafe) and it will get you by but it is worth it to buy higher quality filters and an inline TDS meter.

GO with BRS or spectrapure, its worth a little extra IMO.

Well mine produces 0tds water for years..  I agree the handheld isn't great..  But I don't test everytime anyway

u can buy the digital tis meter and hook it on to this for 30 bucks so yu can see what is coming out everytime'
