I just got nailed with $550 in duty,taxes and brokerage at us/canada border

I knew about $120 approx in brokerage, the rest was just "random" that they decided I needed to pay the extra.

(Not from aqua style, just to show that surprises do come )

Holy Crap! Package arrived, all there, no COD, will have to see if I get a bill in the mail, came from Hong Kong.

Great to hear. Not surprised at any of that. Great site and u always recommend them.  I am just partial to rapidled's solderless leds. Still on the fence about my next lighting project, I may end up submitting an order at aquastyle again.
