Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone uses calcium carbonate in there reef tanks as a Flocculant if so how well does it work and how do you dose it thanks

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone uses calcium carbonate in there reef tanks as a Flocculant if so how well does it work and how do you dose it thanks

This video on YouTube explains everything and is very cheap to do.

Tried it once or twice but I’m unconvinced.
