Diatom or something to be concerned about?

Hi everyone, new to keeping a reef tank. I have looked all over and cannot identify what is happening in my tank. I believe it is diatoms but unsure as I am getting brown/white hair throughout my tank. My original diatom bloom at the end of my cycle did not have any hair and lasted only a few days.
90 gal tank with sump
Temp 76.9
Salinity 35.5
NO3 0
NO2 0
NH3 0
dKH 9
pH 8.6
New tank finished cycle 2 months ago
Low bioload – 2 clown 4 snails, 4 crab and 2 frags (birdsnest, Duncan)

Any assist on the identification would be great. Just want to know if I should let it run itself out or take action.

Just the end of the ugly stage usually get some turf algeas and what not, usually goes away once the tank is balanced out and stable, cleanup crew will take care of it
