40g breeder- leaked,10$
3- 1/4" 3'x 12" glass panes- thriftstore-10$
Silicone-10$
Glass cutter-7$
Painters tape-4$
Sand paper - 5$

I cut down the 40 breeder, it was very dirty and scratched.

After several attempts to clean the sides I said f it and bought some new panes.

Building it was very simple, I followed urayjoey from youtube a instructions. Look him up if you want to see how.

The silicone job was me at my best :p
Still not store bought quaility but it does it's job and looks half decent.

7 day water test proves no leaks !
I plan on painted the bottom and possibly the back blk, no 100% sure yet

I will be using a CPR hob refugium as a sump for the swap.

Final dimensions are 29" long
12" High, 18" wide
Equals roughly 27 gallons
