Here is what is going down.

x2 10'x30"x12" tables (Stacked)
x2 7'x42"x12" tables (Stacked)
225g DT (going to stay)
450g DT (10'x30"x28")
Small fish system (high end only)

One system will be.

225g DT with the x2 10' tables (this will be LPS, NPS, Softie, Z and P system, basically everything but SPS)

450 DT with the x2 7' tables (this will be dedicated SPS system)

Fish system will be seperate from everything.

Stage one is moving the bathroom to the other side of the basement. Photos coming shortly.

It appears as though you're going big and home at the same time. lol

How about you move your home and tanks closer to the GTA :)


Although the GTA is a larger market it is completely saturated and there is no point in moving closer. I would end up just paying a ridiculous rent on a building and fighting with the bizzlion other stores. My plan is to keep my operating costs low and pass on the savings to the consumer. I can run this system out of my house and have more holding area then most GTA stores.

I have no idea where you are going to put a 10 ft tank down there, but I am very anxious to come see this set up....

10' will be going behind the bar where the existing 150g is (will be the whole wall behind the bar). The bathroom that is behind the bar is moving to another area outside the fish area.

jesus, well if you're moving rooms around like that then yes. it makes a lot more sense. So the current display tank that was in the basement is staying put?
