hey guys I thought I'd post my tank here to show everyone and I'll update it as I get corals and as things grow. First thing is it's a 30 gallon bow front tank and sits on a homemade stand by me that's not finished due to lack of funds. Starting from the bottom up I have about 15 lbs of aragonite substrate, I'd guess around 40 lbs or more of live rock bought in about 5 different places so I have a lot of different organisms that for the past year are still coming out of the rock, for corals I'll add pictures but so far I have: neon green candycane, gold/silver/green frogspawn, silver hammer, green/purple striped mushrooms, red/neon green war coral, red montipora, red digitata, a lot of pink and green sponges keep showing up and last is my green/purple bubble tip anemone. For my inhabitants I have 2 tank raised ocellaris clownfish, 4 I believe scarlet crabs, and a pink emerald crab that I hope is moulting because I haven't seen it in afew days and it's missing a claw since bought. For water movement I use a hydor koralia 1150 gph pump and now that I upgraded to a tall tank instead of long now my red slime issue is gone. Saltwise I use Kent marine salt and mix to .26 salinity and use a home rodi unit. For lighting I just got a current use orbit 4100 led light fixture that I'm also using 2 24 watt t5ho fixtures. I feel hybrid led t5ho is an amazing combo. The lighting will be installed in a hood when I finally build one.
