Well the powder blue did not make it long enough for me to put him in a hospital tank,  not that it would have helped him being blind and all.  But all the other fish are moved to the new tank and I have been using paraguard to treat the ICH.  No symptoms showing on the fish after a couepl days.  Just need to catch some stranglers in the main tank anf let it sit fallow for 8 weeks.
