Led Driver Or Bad Pot?

I currently have a pair of maxwellen drivers which are running 15 leds each. I have 10k pots installed from dimmer. Every so often the leds will flicker/go out quickly. If I catch it in the act playing with the pot (turning it either direction) solves the problem. Would the pot be prone to going or would it be the driver which I know isn't the best.

Heat sink is 16inchs by 8inchs. I have 2 fans 120mm on it. It is a proper heat sink with fins every half inch at roughly 3/4 height. I have checked the connections and even switched pots between the 2 drivers and still the same thing. I am thinking of buying new pots to test as it is the cheaper route then buying new drivers. Leds are running at 650ma

What LED's are you running? That driver has a really low mA rating. There is a good possibility it is the pod. I had some replaced in the past. They were good and cost me $6 or something for a bunch shipped.
