Little Mushroom Looking Green Things

What are these little mushroomy looking green things.
Good or bad

Didn't touch them. Soft I think by looking at them. After I posted this was checking them out again, looks like tubular growths from the base. Some sort of Algae I am guessing now.

It's a type of caulepra (racemosa)

Can be good and bad, can go asexual same as grape. But very effective for a macro algae, I'd do a peroxide dip as this algae can be a nuisance in the display and take over

Never done a peroxide dip. Will that kill the zoas.

Coral dip may work but I know peroxide works every time lol
Nope won't kill the zoos, just do a 4:1 water to peroxide ratio, pick as much of the macro off, make sure zoos are all closed up dip for about 1min in 4:1, rinse withfresh tank water or even ROwater then back in the tank, watch it bubble bubble in the tank for a bit, by the next day or so you should see a nice whitefrag plug with happy zoos

Dipped this frag in Hydrogen Peroxide. They slowly died.
Now they are back.
Should i dip again, or does someone know something else to do.

The day after you peroxide dip (i just did this last week) you will notice the plugs will be almost fully clean. They had a bit of algae left when i put them back and the next morning they were completely clean. I bet if you check it today they will be in good shape.

Dip again, then dip again the next day, should do it,it's a pretty strong macro
