Need Help Identifying

Noticed these things in my tank. Not sure what they are or where they came from. 8 know the red is cyno. Not sure what the little tentical things are.

Hydroids and aptasia

Should i be concerned and if so how do i deal with them?

Hydroids won't hurt anything really, but the aptasia will spread and sting corals, aptasia X or kalk paste works to kill them
