new skimmer

My othher skimmer was workinng right good after about a week. I guess this is a little different.. This makes micro bubbles like crazy n the other didn't as well. I guess I just have to get use to it. It was skimmer good awhile ago then seems the bubbles r a lot different now then earler.

the one i have shreds the bubbles .. so tiny..  but i dont have any coming out of the exit port.

My only advice is don't let price determine what you get. If your going to spend big bucks on one thing the skimmer is the thing.

I think 400 bucks is dear enough for a piece if acrylic lol. I would not call that going cheap on a skimmer
