hey i am finally getting red diatoms on my sand and some red on my rocks ...this is 2 weeks after the tank transfer..i went one week without putting my gfo reactor in  ..i did turn one powerhead off since last weekend ..so what is my best way to get rid of it?....i did 5 gallon water change last weekend to

should have did a biiger water change a day or so after the move like 25% maybe even more , whats youd nitrates , phophates reading ? For now blast off the cyano and suck it out with a turkey baster or a hose and replace water .
