I am looking for a powerhead ... suggestion ... tank is a 55 gal FOWRL !!

I would get too carried away with a FOWLR setup. A couple Koralia 1400's would work just fine. IA sells them for $57 a piece. That will be sufficient for what you are running.

well I don;t have a huge buget ... but I don;t want to go to cheap ..... idk what they go for $50 ?

I may have a spare aqueon kicking around somewhere, they're junk but good for just moving water.  I haven't really needed anything since I went to a wavemaker. 

Otherwise koralia would be your best bet...

Go with that.  I had koralias before the wavemaker and after the aqueons (junk!!).  They were easy to clean, although I had one that was noisy, one that was quiet, one that took 3 seconds to start up after it got power, one that the suction cup wouldnt' work... but for $20 each you can't miss!!

On my 110 I have 2 koralua 1400 and 1 750 all evos  . Plus return pump flow

I have 2 Korallia 1400 and a Maxijet 1200 thats Modded to 1300 GL per hour plus my return pump on my 150 May seem adaquate but feel that more is needed and will be upgrading to 2 tunze 6105 in the future.
