So I just re-glued the leaky pipes running to my sump. It's been 3 hours and it's hard as a rock, but still has that acetone smell. Am I okay to run water through it yet?

you would probly be ok but, if there is any livestock and if you can I would wait 24 hrs...that smell does tend to linger...

if there is still a strong odour then the solvents are still leaching out. cure time should be printed on the can usually its 12-24 hrs unless you bought a fast set type

i always rinse with water and some prime just to neutralize any remaining nasties that were left behind just in case.... better safe than sorry
