my RKE randomly flicks my lights on and off a couple times a day....
I contacted D A and they said that there might be interference from a ballast or 'noise' disrupting the signal?

could someone explain this to me and tell me how to fix this...
thanks!

You wouldn't think anything would interfere with an outlet that is either on or off depending on a time/temp or however you have programmed.

Post programming for your lights here. Could maybe be that the outlet module looses connection with base unit and its programmed to turn off if it does, light turns off, connection made again light turns on.

My t5's turn on at 11;30am, turn off at 11;30pm
mh come on at 4;30 and turn off at 10;30
moonlights come on at 11;00pm and shut off at 12am

The flickering has happened throughout all these cycles, even at night when no ballasts are running

your light ballasts need to be far away from your PC4 or they will cause electrical interference.

Are all your units updated to the newest firmware?
I would start there
I too have had some odd things happen with my RKE
Both times I re flashed everything and have gotten it back up and going
As for the Ballast issue I just dont have any experience with that. I run ATI so the ballast are in the fixture and no where near anything RKE related

Hmm there about 1 ft away on a shelf above the pc 4... Any way I can insulate between the two?

thats not far enough.  get an extension cord and mount them further away.

you'll have to ask our electronics experts about insulating against electrical interference. might need a box made of adamantium or baby tears
