Skimmer Problem

I’ve been using a diablo skimmer for several years and all of sudden today it doesn’t form the fine bubble anymore. I took it out and clean it, but the problem doesn’t resolve. Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this?

Make sure the air line that feeds your pump isn't blocked Kevin. If it's clean may wanna take a look at the impeller on your pump and make sure it isn't gummed up or damaged. Hope this helps. Am gonna try to get out Friday afternoon to snag that doser.

All is well this morning bud. Gunk are forming, skimmer are doing it non profitable job once again

My air lines always plug up with salt creep right where they go into the pump, might be due to bringing in cold air from the outside im not sure.

You could try pouring RO/DI water into the Silencer once a week, about a full glass should do.
