Some sort of centipede?

Was moving around some corals, lifted the rock with polyps I got from reef freak, noticed a good size brittle starfish and 3 or so centipede things, as soon as light hit it slithered back into live rock. Any ideas?

Exactly it. Are they safe at the size in the picture?

They are safe, i use to have tons when i got my aquarium , then when i got my goby he ate them all lol.

yup bistle worm , wont hurt anything

the "bristles" can stick in you like fiberglass and can be very annoying.

Good thing I didn't try picking out with hands? I dont even think I could have anyways as they were gone quick.
