Spots on my fox face

Hey guys and glad I woke up this morning and my fox face has these spots on it. Wondering what it is and how to cure it.

Mine get those to, only I think it is just collateral damage of them fighting over food as I have 2. Typically goes away on its own.

Maybe a parasite, but the other guys here know more about those then I do.

Mine gets spots once every few months, kind of looks like there are bits of sand stuck to him. They last for about 3-4 days and then just disappear.

Pretty sure i have seen them on mine. Mine has a couple white spots right now.  Looks like he got stung by something.
I don't ever get too excited anymore. Most things take care of them selves.
